Pretty brutal heat-wise here today as this picture from our deck proves (taken with the thermometer in the shade; though it's always a few degrees above the real temp, I'm willing to admit). It's supposed to be even hotter tomorrow.
C and I have hit tennis balls the past two mornings - getting to the high school courts well before 8 a.m. each day. Yesterday I jogged back from there (about two miles). Today I opted to mow the lawn for my other exercise instead.
After some cleaning up and sorting of stuff I made a run to Goodwill this afternoon. Dropped off three bags and one box of stuff.
Good to see John's blogging. Kayaking looks like fun.
